General

What BtSh is, who it serves, and why it exists.

3 questions
BtSh stands for Blasters Trucking Solution Hubs. It is Nigeria's first structured freight operating system — not just a listing board. BtSh connects Shippers, Dispatchers, Carriers, Drivers, and Partner Managers under a bank-backed escrow payment infrastructure. Every load is coordinated, tracked, and paid through a structured flow with full documentation.
No. BtSh is not a board where people post and disappear. It controls the entire execution flow:
  • Load posting by Shipper
  • Dispatcher claim and price negotiation
  • Escrow funding through a bank partner
  • Carrier assignment with verified trucks and drivers
  • Driver session, Trip Master tracking, GPS milestones
  • Shipper confirmation and milestone-based payout
BtSh is freight operating infrastructure. Every step is documented, structured, and accountable.
BtSh is built for five roles:
  • Shippers — businesses or individuals who need to move cargo safely
  • Dispatchers — professional freight coordinators who match loads to carriers
  • Carriers / Truck owners — fleet operators who want structured, paid jobs
  • Drivers — operators who execute trips under a Carrier's authority
  • Partner Managers — independent referral agents who earn recurring commissions

Escrow & Payments

How shipper money is protected and how milestone releases work.

3 questions
No. BtSh does not hold shipper funds. When a Shipper funds a load, the payment goes directly into the BtSh Freight Escrow account held at BtSh's licensed Nigerian banking partner. BtSh acts only as the Escrow Agent — meaning BtSh sends verified release instructions to the bank when GPS milestones are confirmed. The bank holds and disburses the funds.
The escrow account is named "BtSh Freight Escrow — [Bank Name]" and is formally separated from BtSh's operating account.
Releases are milestone-based and GPS-triggered:
  • 80% release — triggered on GPS pickup confirmation, same business day
  • 20% release — triggered on GPS delivery confirmation, same business day
Admin reviews each withdrawal request before approving the release instruction to the bank. The bank verifies every instruction at btsh.africa/verify before processing.
Carriers never wait 7–30 days. Payment is milestone-triggered and same-day.
The Shipper does not pay Paystack directly into BtSh. The flow is:
  • Shipper clicks Top Up on their dashboard
  • BtSh opens the bank's payment interface
  • Shipper completes the bank transfer
  • Payment lands in the BtSh Freight Escrow account
  • Bank automatically credits the Shipper's BtSh wallet balance
  • Shipper uses wallet balance to Fund Load

Shippers

How shippers post loads, confirm milestones and control satisfaction evidence.

3 questions
A Shipper creates an account, tops up their wallet, posts a load with cargo details and base freight price, waits for a Dispatcher to claim and match a Carrier, funds escrow from wallet balance, then tracks the trip through Trip Master. The Shipper confirms pickup and delivery satisfaction from their console, which triggers milestone-based payments to the Carrier.
No. BtSh deliberately does not reveal the Carrier's identity — including company name, truck plate, or driver details — to the Shipper on the platform.
This protects BtSh's business model. The only point of contact between Shipper and Carrier is physical — the Driver arrives at the pickup address in person.
The Shipper's assurance of quality is BtSh's verification system: every Carrier and Driver is KYC-approved and Admin-verified before assignment.
Yes. The Shipper sees the trip through Trip Master, including driver movement, progress, ETA, route behavior and milestone updates when live GPS is active. Every confirmed milestone is permanently logged and verifiable at btsh.africa/verify.

Dispatchers

How claiming, negotiation, assignment and confirmation work.

4 questions
No. Only one Dispatcher can claim a load at a time. The moment a Dispatcher claims a load, it is locked exclusively to them — no other Dispatcher can see or claim it. This prevents confusion and gives the Dispatcher a protected window to negotiate with Carriers.
The Shipper posts a base freight price with the load. The Dispatcher takes that price to their Carrier network and negotiates — going back and forth between both parties — until a final number is agreed. The Dispatcher then sets the agreed price on the platform, locking it for that load.
The Dispatcher's 8% commission is automatically calculated from the agreed base freight. It is deducted from the Carrier's settlement, not charged separately to the Shipper.
No. Dispatchers never handle Shipper money. Coordination happens entirely on the platform. The Shipper pays to escrow, and release instructions are generated only through verified GPS milestone actions. Dispatcher commissions are credited to their wallet by BtSh after each completed load.
Yes. Admin can force assign a load when there are unnecessary delays, poor coordination, or when load progress is at risk. This is a platform governance tool — not a routine action.

Carriers

KYC, asset approval, assignments and operational expectations.

3 questions
No. Carriers must complete a structured verification process before any truck can be assigned to a load:
  • Carrier KYC — NIN, BVN, bank account details
  • Truck submission — plate number, truck type, capacity, vehicle licence, roadworthiness certificate, insurance
  • Driver submission — NIN, driver's licence, licence class, photo
  • Admin individually reviews and approves each truck and driver
Only VERIFIED trucks and drivers appear in the Dispatcher's assignment list.
No. Carriers do not browse loads or bid. They are assigned to loads by Dispatchers who select a verified truck and driver from the Carrier's approved fleet. This is a deliberate design choice — it ensures every assignment is coordinated, verified, and structured.
Carrier payment is guaranteed and milestone-triggered:
  • 80% of net freight — same business day as GPS pickup confirmation
  • 20% of net freight — same business day as GPS delivery confirmation
Deductions from the Carrier's freight include the 8% Dispatcher commission and 2% platform fee.
BtSh unconditionally guarantees these payment timelines provided the Carrier fulfils their obligations and no active dispute exists.

Drivers

How drivers access trips, confirm milestones, and what the session token means.

3 questions
No. Drivers do not need to create a BtSh account. The Carrier generates a unique Driver Session Token for each specific load and shares it with the Driver. The Driver goes to btsh.africa/driver, enters the token, and accesses the trip instantly. No registration, no password, no app download required.
A Driver Session Token is a one-time, load-specific access credential generated by the Carrier on their dashboard. It looks like: DS-BTSH-12NBXXX.
  • Tied to one specific load, truck, and driver — cannot be reused
  • Expires when the load status reaches DELIVERED
  • Can be invalidated and regenerated by the Carrier if needed
  • Every token use is logged with timestamp and device information
The Driver confirms two GPS milestones:
  • Pickup confirmation — when cargo is loaded and the truck departs the pickup address. This triggers the 80% payment to the Carrier.
  • Delivery confirmation — when cargo arrives at the delivery address and is handed over. This triggers the final 20% payment.
GPS coordinates and timestamps are permanently recorded for both confirmations and cannot be altered.

Partner Managers

How the PM programme works, how commissions are earned, and what PMs can and cannot do.

3 questions
A Partner Manager (PM) is an independent referral agent who recruits Shippers and Carriers onto BtSh. PMs are not BtSh employees, agents, or representatives. They earn commissions for every Shipper and Carrier they bring to the platform — and those commissions recur on every completed load, not just the first one.
PMs earn through two streams:
  • Truck Onboarding Fee — a fixed fee per verified Carrier (truck owner) successfully onboarded using the PM's referral token
  • Load Commission — 10% of BtSh's Platform Fee on every completed load by a Shipper referred by the PM
The load commission is recurring — it applies to every load completed by referred Shippers, not just the first. The more loads your Shippers move, the more you earn.
Partner Managers have strict limits:
  • Cannot collect money, fees, or any payment from Shippers or Carriers on behalf of BtSh
  • Cannot claim to be a BtSh employee, agent, or representative
  • Cannot use BtSh's name or logo without prior written approval
  • Cannot share their PM token with another person
  • Cannot make earnings guarantees beyond what is published in official BtSh materials
Any violation may result in immediate termination of PM programme access.

Trip Master

Real tracking through driver session tokens and GPS milestones.

3 questions
Yes. Trip Master is real-time freight visibility powered by the Driver Session system. Once the Driver enters their session token and GPS is active on their device, the system emits live location data into Trip Master — visible to the Shipper, Dispatcher, Carrier, and Admin. All roles see the same view of the trip.
Trip Master shows:
  • Live driver location on map
  • Route progress and distance covered
  • Estimated time to delivery
  • Load reference and current status
  • GPS pickup and delivery milestone timestamps
  • Session status — Active, Pickup Confirmed, Delivered
If the Driver turns off GPS, Trip Master stops receiving live location updates. The last known location remains visible. The Shipper and Dispatcher will see that GPS is inactive. The Driver's session remains open — GPS simply resumes when the device enables it again. GPS status is logged, meaning any significant gaps are visible to Admin in the audit trail.

Disputes & Safety

How BtSh keeps evidence and protects execution integrity.

3 questions
BtSh permanently logs:
  • Shipper confirmation of pickup and delivery
  • Driver GPS milestone coordinates and timestamps
  • All assigned trucks, drivers, and session tokens
  • Escrow release instructions with SHA-256 cryptographic signatures
  • All withdrawal requests and admin approval actions
  • Admin access events with timestamp and reason
All of this is verifiable at btsh.africa/verify using a load reference or receipt number.
Disputes must be submitted to BtSh Admin within 7 calendar days of the event: Include your load reference, the nature of the dispute, and any evidence. Disputes submitted outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for investigation.
BtSh will provide GPS records, confirmation logs, and escrow records to assist in any dispute. We do not take sides — we provide evidence.
Yes. Admin can intervene where delays, emergencies, poor coordination, or fraud risk may affect a load. Admin actions include force assignment to another Carrier, escrow hold, account restriction, and reporting to relevant Nigerian law enforcement where applicable. All Admin interventions are logged with timestamp and reason.

Withdrawals & Payouts

How Carrier and Dispatcher wallet withdrawals work.

3 questions
Carrier and Dispatcher users request withdrawal from their wallet dashboard. Withdrawal requests enter Admin's approval queue. Admin verifies:
  • User KYC status and bank account details
  • Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Load status and any active disputes
  • Shipper confirmation records
After Admin approves, BtSh generates a signed release instruction to the Escrow Bank for processing.
Carrier payouts are designed to process within the same business day of GPS milestone confirmation, subject to Admin approval and bank processing. For Dispatchers, commission is credited to wallet after each completed load and withdrawable on request.
Maximum payout timeline is 24 hours from Admin approval in ordinary circumstances.
Yes. BtSh may freeze wallet funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, chargeback activity, identity issues, or breach of the Terms of Service — pending investigation. Users are notified where reasonably practicable. Any frozen funds that are determined to be legitimate are released in full after investigation.
